Seven days. One lesson and one hands-on task a day. You'll build your channel decision, your dream client profile, your messaging, your ads, and your booking page — by hand — and launch at the end of the week.
Why "post more, spend more" doesn't work. Meta is demand generation — it creates want in people who weren't looking yet. Google is demand capture — it catches people already searching. Picking the wrong one is the single most expensive mistake a venue makes.
Vague targeting kills budgets. "Brides" is not a buyer profile — it's a category. A buyer profile is one specific person with one specific event, one specific trigger, and one specific fear. That's what an ad can actually talk to.
A client profile isn't an ad yet. R/A/F turns it into the bones of one: the Result they want, the Anxiety stopping them, and why your venue is the Fix. Every high-performing venue ad is some version of these three lines.
Today you turn Day 3's answers into real copy. A hook that stops the scroll, a body that mirrors their situation, and one clear call to action. Three variations, because you can't guess which hook wins.
Manual setup day. Meta Business Manager or Google Ads, depending on your Day 1 diagnostic. Get the account structured, the radius right, and tracking in place before a cent goes out the door.
The ad doesn't convert — the page it lands on does. Today you build a simple page whose only job is to book a tour: one promise, real photos, one form, no navigation to wander off into.
Launch day. Then the hard part: leaving it alone long enough to learn something. Here's what to watch, what's noise, and when adjusting is actually justified.
A real Follow-Up engine has four parts: Speed (responding in minutes, not 'I'll get to it tonight'), Qualification (asking the right questions to know if it's a real fit), Nurture (staying in touch with leads who aren't ready yet), and Booking (actually getting the tour on the calendar). Unlike Attract and Convert, which you build once and refine, Follow Up isn't a task — it's a standing commitment, every lead, every day, forever.
